Blueberry Muffins
Delicious blueberry muffins
Handmade in small batches in Nana’s kitchen
You will need (not provided):
1 egg
3/4 cup milk
1 stick (8 Tablespoons) melted butter, slightly cooled (1-2 minutes)
2 cups blueberries
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Put packet of Nana’s Best Blueberry Muffin Mix in a large bowl.
Add unbeaten egg, milk and melted butter. Stir gently just until mixed.
Fold in blueberries carefully - stirring gently.
Fill 12 muffin tins.
Bake 20-25 minutes.
Cool on wire rack
Ingredients: unbleached hard red wheat flour, malted barley flour, cane sugar, cornstarch, sodium bicarbonate, monocalcium phosphate, salt
