Blueberry Muffins

Delicious blueberry muffins

Handmade in small batches in Nana’s kitchen

You will need (not provided):

  • 1 egg

  • 3/4 cup milk

  • 1 stick (8 Tablespoons) melted butter, slightly cooled (1-2 minutes)

  • 2 cups blueberries


Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Put packet of Nana’s Best Blueberry Muffin Mix in a large bowl.

  3. Add unbeaten egg, milk and melted butter. Stir gently just until mixed.

  4. Fold in blueberries carefully - stirring gently.

  5. Fill 12 muffin tins.

  6. Bake 20-25 minutes.

  7. Cool on wire rack


Ingredients:  unbleached hard red wheat flour, malted barley flour, cane sugar, cornstarch, sodium bicarbonate, monocalcium phosphate, salt
